Station 1 is located at 3050 South Highway 14 in the Pelham community; this station serves as the district headquarters and houses the administrative offices and fire apparatus and personnel for the headquarters area.

Administrative offices include that of the district Board of Commissioners, the Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Inspector, Training Officer and duty officers.

The station is manned by a Shift Captain, Lieutenant, Aerial Operator. Engineer and two firefighters 24 hours per day and a daytime staff of seven
